自分の場合(xubuntu)、2chproxy.pl（最新）を~hoge/binに置き、自動開始アプリケーション
に登録している。ＪＤの起動はメインメニューのショートカットからできる。
その他、ＪＤが正常に作動したらjd.conf、session.infoはセーブしておいたほうがよいと思う。

１．端末立ち上げて、まず2chproxy.plのあるディレクトリまで移動
２．コマンド入力 ./2chproxy.pl リターンキー
３．もう一個端末を立ち上げる。
４．ｊｄのあるディレクトリまで移動
５．コマンド入力 ./jd リターン・・これでJDが起動。

使い終わったら、まずJDを終了。

６．JDを起動した端末を閉じる。
７．2chproxy.plが走ってる端末で、ctl+Cキーを押す。これで2chproxy.plが止まる。
８．2chproxy.plが走ってた端末を閉じる。

一応これでも動くよ。

mv .jd dotjd した後でjdを起動しようとしても起動せずjd.confもつくられない
(設定ダイアログは出て、初期設定は出来るけど)
jd.conf.bkupはつくられるが jd.confに名前を変えても起動しない

cp dotjd/jd.conf .jd/jd.conf した後なら起動するが
これからjdを使おうとしている人は jd.confがないからできない

jdが起動せずに困っている人の中にはこうした状況の人もいるのではないか

端末でコマンドでもいいのかも。で
端末で

でホームに2chproxy.pl　フォルダ　が出来ています。

やり取りの中継をするコンピューターもしくはソフトウェアです。

プロキシを利用することでどんなメリット
IPアドレスを隠す目的で使う場合には同じコンピューター内のローカルプロキシや、
自宅LANのプロキシでは意味がなく、インターネット上の誰でも自由に利用できる公
共のプロキシを使う必要があります。

そう言えば、ここにある「こらこら団報告書生成ツール」も、エラーで動かなくなった

自分のPCにある、HTML・JavaScript をブラウザで読み込んで、
そこから、2ch など他のドメインにアクセスすると、
異なるドメイン(クロスドメイン)なのでアクセスできない

そのため、JavaScript で、間に、
Yahoo Query Language(YQL)のサーバー(プロキシ)を通して、アクセスしていた

自分のPC → YQL → 2ch → YQL → 自分のPC

すみません、うまくproxy介して起動したようです。
jd.shのJDの場所にインストール元の
ホームフォルダの中にあるsrc/jdを指定したら起動しました。

＞JDのメニューバーの設定→ネットワーク→プロキシをクリック
2ch読み込み用の使用するにチェックをいれる
ホスト名にlocalhostまたは127.0.0.1を、ポート番号に8080を設定する
ネットワーク→プロキシの設定（因みに自分は127.0.0.1）

確認！　ヨシ！！
