あの後自分でももうちょっと考えて
wget \
'https://opensource.apple.com' \
--include '/static/images' \
--recursive --level 0
こんな感じに行きつきました。
ところが/static/images直下のファイルはダウンロードできるのですが
/static/images/iconsのファイルがダウンロードできない状態です。
