ddrescue 絡みで以下

$ sudo mount -o subvol=@ /dev/loop0p2 /mnt

$ sudo btrfs scrub start /mnt
scrub started on /mnt, fsid 98d2193c-b09e-4f8b-b78d-dc9ff9906263 (pid=1929)

<< scrub　が一瞬にして終わり、

$ watch sudo btrfs scrub status /mnt

$
