Google翻訳への入力は、入力者がGoogleに再配布する行為です
入力者はGoogle利用規約に定める諸条件でGoogleと契約し、Google翻訳を利用します
そのGoogle利用規約では、入力された内容についてGoogleの利用目的を限定しています
Googleの利用目的を限定する契約で再配布することは、GPLが明示的に禁じている追加的制限に抵触します
したがってGPL違反となります

Googleへの再配布も、GPLに定める諸条件で行われなくてはなりません
しかしGoogleはGoogle利用規約の条件でのみ利用を許しています
