iwctlが動作してなかった原因は[systemctl start iwd]をしていなかったからでした。
ポケットWifiに接続し、疎通確認[ping google.com]したところ、 Temporary failure in name resolutionになりました。
/etc/resolv.confにnameserver 8.8.8.8と8.8.4.4を追加して[systemctl restart systemd-resolved.service]をしてもTemporary failure in name resolutionになります。
何ででしょうか？
